The Apple Standard EULA governs the app license where applicable. These terms describe the use of Sazent and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
01. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Sazent, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple Standard EULA. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
02. Your use of Sazent
Sazent helps you catalog inks, keep swatch photos, explore palettes and create digital color experiments. Use it lawfully and only with content you have the right to use. Do not interfere with the app, misuse its features or infringe the rights of others.
03. Your content
You retain your rights in the content you create or select. You are responsible for that content and for your decisions to export or share it. Sazent does not acquire ownership of your photographs or writing.
Your creative records are kept on your device. Preserve any exports you need before deleting records, clearing app data or changing devices. We cannot restore local content from a server backup.
04. Digital color is a reference
Color extraction, blending and concentration previews are visual approximations. Screens, lighting, paper and real ink can produce different results. A digital recipe does not establish the compatibility or safety of mixing physical inks. Follow the relevant manufacturers’ instructions.
05. Access and payments
The current version offers no subscriptions or coin purchases, and there are no recurring charges within the app.
06. Intellectual property and external resources
The Sazent name, app design and supplied materials remain the property of their respective owners. Your license is subject to the applicable Apple Standard EULA. External reference pages and platform services are governed by their own terms.
07. Availability and responsibility
Features may change as the app is maintained. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or exact color reproduction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08. Ending use and updates
You may stop using Sazent at any time and remove your local content using the app’s controls. These terms may be updated with a revised effective date and any notice required by law. Disputes remain subject to the applicable EULA and mandatory local law.
