Ink records, selected photos, swatches, palettes, text and digital recipes are stored or processed on your phone. We do not upload this creative content to our servers.
01. Scope of this policy
This policy describes Sazent, an app intended only for people aged 18 or older, and these informational pages. “We” refers to the provider of Sazent.
02. Limited information
Our app data collection is limited to user ID and, where applicable, coin-balance and subscription-status information. A user ID identifies an app profile; it is not your advertising identifier.
The current version has no subscriptions or coin purchases. It therefore generates no subscription purchase records or coin purchase records. References to those categories do not mean a paid feature is available or that payment details are collected.
Other app information is used only on your phone. We do not collect your ink library, photographs, writing, color studies, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or behavioral analytics.
03. Photos and local processing
You choose which photographs to make available through the system photo picker. Sazent uses selected images for bottle photos, swatches and color extraction on your device. Exporting an image uses the device’s available save or sharing options; you decide its destination.
We do not provide server-side storage or cloud synchronization of your creative content. Device backups and any services you choose when sharing are controlled by you and the relevant platform.
04. Purpose, sharing and retention
A user ID supports profile identification and continuity. Any applicable coin or subscription status is used only to represent that status, not for advertising or profiling. We do not sell app data or share it for targeted advertising.
Local content remains on your device until you remove it using the app’s controls. We retain any limited information we hold only for the purpose described here and for as long as necessary, including any applicable legal obligations.
05. Your choices
You can remove individual inks, swatches and saved experiments, or use Clear App Data in the profile area to clear your creative records. Clearing creative records may not reset a separately stored user ID. Export anything you wish to keep before clearing data; Sazent does not offer a server backup from which we can restore it.
Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, or exercise other applicable privacy rights. Contact us using the address below. We cannot access or retrieve creative content held only on your phone.
06. Contact and external services
If you contact us voluntarily, the contact channel receives the details you choose to send so that we can respond. This correspondence is separate from automatic app data collection. Please do not send private photographs or unrelated personal details.
These pages do not include analytics scripts, tracking cookies or contact forms. When you follow an App Store or other external link, the destination operates under its own terms and privacy practices.
07. Adults only and policy updates
Sazent is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe we have received information from a person under 18, contact us so that we can address it. Changes to this policy will be reflected in the effective date; material changes will be communicated as required.
